IPLV (Integrated Part Load Value) reflects weighted part-load efficiency per AHRI 550/590. If omitted, a 0.70 load factor is applied to full-load efficiency.

Modern centrifugal chillers: 0.40–0.55 kW/ton (IPLV). High-efficiency magnetic bearing units: 0.18–0.35 kW/ton.
